  • On farm size seed cleaning machine of approx 40-50 bph
  • Powered by one 1.5 Hp single or three phase motor
  • By changing appropriate grader screens and indent drum, it will process grains from alfalfa size up to pea and chick peas
  • Machine is almost totally enclosed with internal air vacuum suction for dust control. There is a final aspiration for the clean grain discharge
  • Incoming grain hopper has a driven metering control gate
  • The unit is equiped with with one 24" scalper shell, two 24" grader screens and a 45" indent
  • The grader shells are wrap-on using a clamping system for quick change overs
  • Speed adjustment control for both the indent/grader and the aspiration fan
  • Unit is also equipped with a clean grain pea and oat seed discharge system
  • The clean grain discharge and the screening discharge are at the same end of the machine with the clean grain spout being at the side and the screening auger collection discharge being near the center. All screenings wil be collected and discharged by a one auger system
  • The machine is very "user friendly", easily cleaned out with the convenience for grain change overs

Most, if not all, drive parts can be purchased at any agriculture machine dealership which include bearings, pulleys, belts and gears.
